Education
Resource Center: The
Education Resource Center houses the Nation's Library, an internet accessible
computer lab, an academic and career counseling office, classrooms for Oneida
language instruction and a community room for special events. The Nation Library
in particular provides numerous resources on Native American history and other
subjects that are not readily available elsewhere. In 1999, the Nation Library
acquired more than 200 books on Native American art. The collection is the
largest of its kind in upstate New York and adds another important facet to
the Education Resource Center's effort to promote Native American culture
and community.
